How you should plan use this module

The module should take about one hour in total to read through and complete the activities. We suggest you work through in as if you were a student on a course – so effectively finding an environment that is conducive to learning and then working through each of the units at your own pace. When you start the programme you will find that the format and style of the modules are very similar to this pre-course module so you should feel very well prepared to start studying as a distance education student.

Although the module is not assessed nor credit bearing, it should provide you with a sound foundation upon which to build when you commence your studies as well as a reference point if you need to refer back to any of the units at a later point.
