What is CPS: Design Thinking (2021 session)
Design Thinking is a popular problem solving and idea creation process used by a wide range of organisations. It places the customer/consumer/client (i.e. the person with the problem) at the heart of the process and focuses on empathy as well as ideation and prototyping. In this video Laura and Ali explain the process and how it works and then they summarise the common elements to enable problem solving.
Laura suggests there are three common elements across the different creative problem solving strategies:
- Define the problem
- Identify who can help you
- Find the ideas
