This PG Skills session will provide you with the space and time to explore what emotional intelligence is, why it is a critical skill to develop and the close link with self-awareness. For all of us relationships are at the heart of being successful; in our careers, education, and life. To build and maintain effective relationships, emotional intelligence is an essential skill that has to be worked on just like any other.

This interactive and engaging workshop will take you through the theory, share real life scenarios that demonstrate emotional intelligence in action and provide practical tools and techniques for you to take away.

The session will be delivered by Lynsey Kitching co-founder and Director of CAPE Coaching & Development. Lynsey is an accredited coach and facilitator with a passion for human centred leadership. Specialist areas include leadership development, engagement and communication, personal brand, developing a confident mindset and creating effective teams. With over twenty years’ commercial experience in leadership and management roles across corporate property, communications, change management and business strategy.
