The College Wellbeing Officers provide a platform for listening, discussing a problem constructively, and giving advice on options to move forward.

Your College Wellbeing Officers can provide:

An impartial and non-judgmental space to discuss problems or concerns
Practical and emotional support for both personal and academic issues
Advice on accessing wider support services both at the University and beyond
Guidance for students with a disability on the support that is available and how to request it
Advice on academic support mechanisms such as requesting extensions, extenuating circumstances, exam deferrals and leaves of absence etc.

There are also a whole host of wellbeing services available centrally within the University, so have a look at the University's wellbeing webpages. to find out about what's available. Even if you don't need any support right now, it can be helpful to know in case you or a course/housemate need support in the future.
