Writing Questions for Examinations at Birmingham Medical School

Thank you for agreeing to help with developing questions with the University of Birmingham MBChB programme.

The course materials can be found on the "modules" tab on the left side of the screen, where you will find 3 short talks about writing questions for the MBChB exams. The additional resources at the bottom of the page will be used during the sessions.

Your input will be invaluable to helping continue to develop our examinations for the healthcare providers of the future.

This course of workshops is CPD accredited with the Royal College of Physicians. To receive all the credits you will need to complete the following:

1. Complete all the materials on this CANVAS course (or attend the presentations in person).

2. Attend one question writing workshop to develop new questions.

3. Submit 5 new single best answer questions for peer review via the assignments function on CANVAS.

4. Take part in the peer review process of colleagues' questions.
