How to Use the Virtual Site Assessment

General Instructions:

The Lickey Hills Virtual Field Course is designed to allow you to carry out a general site assessment of the area without having to visit it in person.  

Take your time looking around the virtual field course-there is lots of information and detail for you to observe. Make sure you look completely around the 360 degrees in each location to find all the information. 

Navigation:

Once you enter the homepage of the Virtual Fieldcourse, you will see the map of the Lickey Hills. You can either go directly to the location you are interested in by clicking on the landscape icon

or you can navigate through the locations using the arrows within each site.  You can expand the view below by clicking the fullscreen icon at the bottom right of the tour window. Within each location you should be able to look around the full 360 degrees.

When accessing sound recordings, make sure you have your volume turned up-you may want to use headphones.
