Submit Your Readings

Submit Your DIY Dendrometer Data Here! 

Once you have installed your DIY Dendrometer band and taken your readings, submit your data using the online form Links to an external site.. The form will allow you to enter readings for up to three trees. If you would like to submit a larger data set and/ or have any questions, get in touch by emailing a member of the BIFoR in a box Team: Samantha Dobbie, s.l.dobbie@bham.ac.uk

What Happens Next? 

Your readings will be checked by a member of the BIFoR in a Box team and added to the BIFoR in a box spreadsheet.  Everyone can  download and explore this growing data set using the interactive dashboard! Why not use the readings to carry out your own investigations into tree growth (e.g. is the rate of growth higher in species x or location y? how much carbon is being sequestered by trees on school sites?).
